Training will enable the safe and confident use of the machine.
Training is compulsory with a mobility solution purchase or hire.
Training is compulsory for the Sprinter Pro and Powermate ranges.
It can be carried out at your site or our HQ in St Albans in groups of up to 4 people.
Each training session includes:
- 2-hour training comprehensive session with a qualified Trainer
- certificate valid for 3 years
- training card valid for 3 years
Yes, we offer comprehensive finance and contract hire packages.

To pre-qualify the suitability of the machine we will require:
- the weight and size of the load to be moved
- size of the staircase that the machine will be used on
- accompanying photos

The standard warranty includes 12 months full parts cover.
Should your machine break down, Stanley can organise an engineer to be on-site within 72hrs Mon-Fri – excluding weekends.
Alternatively, we have a breakdown and repair service where we arrange the machine to be collected – price to be quoted before arranging.
Our highly skilled engineers have decades of experience servicing and maintaining all types of mechanical and manual handling equipment. We also provide a convenient drop-off and collection service for all general maintenance and repairs. The team holds all the necessary accreditations to undertake regular Thorough Examinations (LOLER/PUWER) certification that are required by law.
Stanley’s HQ is located in St Albans, Hertfordshire however our team of engineers cover the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Shipping costs are dependent on where you are based in the UK. Shipping typically takes 3 -5 working days and costs are quoted before dispatch.
If the customer completes training with Stanley, the Trainer will deliver the machine at the same time.
For locations outside of the UK, the customer will need to organise transportation.
