Content collaboration for our Stair climbers: The brief
Following a surge in demand for the Sprinter 190 powered stair climber, an updated training video was needed to help assist clients when implementing the machines.
The Sprinter 190 electric stair climber is designed for single operator use and can handle loads of up to 190kg on the stairs. It enhances workplace productivity with its safety-first technology and all-battery operation.
The filming day at Stanley HQ involved capturing the stair climber from different angles, along with a step-by-step guide on how to use it correctly and safely. The objective of the training video is to reinforce workplace safety within our clients’ companies after their in-person training has been completed. Employees can easily refer to the training video at any time by scanning the QR code on the side of each stair climber. A clear voice-over ensures that workers fully understand the content of the training video.

The day progressed with demonstrations of the diverse exoskeleton suits that Stanley provides through their partners, serving a broad spectrum of industries including construction, warehousing, logistics, medical care service and agriculture.
Yellow Lizard Media captured still images showcasing the varied application of exoskeletons. Stanley collaborates with numerous manufacturers to develop exoskeletons aimed at enhancing workplace safety, reducing MSD (musculoskeletal disorders) injuries, and boosting productivity across industries such as construction, automotive services, food distribution and more.
WearHealth, an AI-powered video scanning tool, is integral to our ergonomic safety technology department and is used throughout the client’s exoskeleton journey. This journey is divided into three phases. Initially, our experts use AI (Artificial Intelligence) video scanning to analyse the ergonomic risk associated with specific workplace activities. Based on this analysis, they recommend an exosuit from an ergonomist’s perspective, considering the support rate, weight and the client’s budget.
The next phase involves an impact assessment, where the client tests the exosuit in their daily operations. Over a two-week period, the ergonomist collects sufficient data to compile a report that evaluates the exosuit’s benefits and highlights the ergonomic improvements observed during the trial. The report is then presented to the client by our expert, leading to the final phase of exoskeleton implementation.
Shots of the Skelex exoskeleton, designed for overhead task and arm weight relief, were captured in the utilities and engineering industry. It showcased the suits ability to reduce physical strain and improve efficiency and safety. Images of the Hapo exoskeleton in a warehouse setting demonstrated its effectiveness in reducing back strain and preventing injuries, helping maintain good posture. Finally, the active Japet exoskeleton was shown supporting workers with chronic and acute lower back pain through various movements. Exosuits like these are used in logistics, manufacturing, construction, healthcare, and agriculture to enhance workplace ergonomics and reduce injury risks.
